Story is simple: Nedumudi Venu is a middle class man who has the dream of building a house. With the Rs 30 lakh rupees he had saved all his life, Venu buys a land with the help of a real estate broker. Venu believes that his sons Karthick and Om would help him in build a house there. But Karthick is getting ready to fly to the US and Om is a care free youth who doesn’t want to take responsibilities.
It is at this stage does Venu realize that he is to loose his hard earned money. To his rude shock, he finds that he was cheated. He is threatened by gangster Nasser who claims ownership of his land. At this stage, Karthick comes to the rescue of Venu. The whole family hattches a plan to get back the land from Nazar. They are helped by Bosskey who was once with Nazar. Did they succeed in their attempt and did Venu get back his land forms the climax of the film.
